What we use
The core website experience does not require marketing or advertising cookies. The platform may use technical storage necessary for security or framework operation. No non-essential analytics run before you consent.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you accept, we run Google Analytics 4 (Google) to measure pages viewed and clicks on contact links so we can improve the site, and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) to produce heatmaps and anonymised session recordings. These tools set cookies such as _ga, _ga_*, _clck and _clsk and may receive related identifiers from Google and Microsoft domains. The contact form is fully masked in Clarity recordings, and we never send names, emails, phone numbers or message text to either tool.
Consent and withdrawal
Your choice (accept or decline) is stored only in your browser’s local storage under the key softhouse-analytics-consent. You can change it or withdraw consent at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; declining switches the tools off and removes the analytics cookies the site set.
